Master’s thesis at the Faculty of Physical Education discusses: The effect of exercises similar to playing in the development of special endurance and scoring accuracy for the five individual cases of football players under 19 years old

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the master’s thesis entitled (The effect of exercises similar to playing in the development of special endurance and accuracy of scoring for the five individual cases of football players under 19 years).

Five chapters focused on the importance of similar exercises to play that develop special endurance and scoring accuracy for the five solo events.

The researcher used the experimental method for the two equal groups (control and experimental) with pre and post measurements
The research community was the players of Karbala clubs for the youth category for the season 2021/2022 and the research sample was the players of the fans club for the youth football category.
The researcher recommended the need to focus on the use of exercises similar to playing by football coaches because they are competitive and interesting exercises similar to playing and have a very important impact in developing the variables investigated, and emphasizing the use of such exercises in training during the different numbers periods (special preparation, pre-competitions .
It is worth noting that the discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Habib Ali Taher, a number of faculty members, including professors and employees, and a number of graduate students and the student’s family.
