A doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Physical Education discusses: Good governance and its relationship to the quality of decision-making and the competitive advantage of members of the central federations of racket games from the point of view of members of the sub-federations in Iraq

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed a doctoral thesis entitled (Good governance and its relationship to the quality of decision-making and the competitive advantage of members of the central federations of racket games from the point of view of members of the sub-federations in Iraq).
The student (Hawra Falah Razzaq), through her thesis, aimed to build a scale of good governance and a measure of competitive excellence for members of the central federations of tennis from the viewpoint of the sub-federations, and a scale of the quality of decision-making among members of the central federations of tennis from the viewpoint of the sub-federations, and the role of Good governance and competitive excellence in the members of the central federations of racket games from the point of view of the subsidiary federations, as well as recognizing the degree of good governance, competitive excellence and the quality of decision-making of the members of the Central Federation from the point of view of the subsidiary federations and identifying the relationship of good governance of the members of the Central Federation in competitive excellence from the point of view of Consider the subsidiary unions and identify the relationship of competitive excellence of the members of the central union in the quality of decision-making.
In theoretical studies, the researcher touched on the variables of the study (good governance – competitive excellence – the quality of decision-making). The researcher also touched on similar studies and discussed them.
The thesis recommended the importance of adopting a scale of good governance to measure this variable among members of the sub-federations of tennis in Iraq, and the necessity of adopting the scale of good governance and competitive excellence of the members of the tennis federation from the point of view of the members of the sub-federations.
It is worth noting that the discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Habib Ali Taher, a number of the College’s employees, including professors and employees, and a number of graduate students and the student’s family.
