Prof. Dr. Habib Ali Taher, Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, received Dr. Hassan Al-Masoudi, the Advisor to the Parliamentary Education Committee and former Member of Parliament, during his visit to congratulate Dr. Taher on his appointment as Dean.
