The Continuous Education Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Karbala, organized a training workshop titled “How to Write and Format Scientific Research for Karbala Journal of Sports Sciences.” The workshop was led by Prof. Dr. Haider Salman Mohsen, Ms. Bidaya Jiyad Farhan, and Mr. Mohammed Bajai.
The workshop aimed to enhance the skills of researchers and academics in preparing and writing scientific research according to modern standards, with a focus on the publishing mechanisms in peer-reviewed journals and improving the quality of scientific output at the university.
Held in the college’s discussion hall, the workshop attracted significant attendance from researchers and academics. It covered key topics such as the principles of scientific research writing, methodological steps for professional formatting, and the standards for academic publication in scientific journals.
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants emphasized the importance of such events in strengthening researchers’ capabilities and broadening their knowledge. They also praised the university’s efforts to support the progress of scientific research.
