The Continuing Education Division at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a training course on the “Civil Service Law”, with the aim of developing administrative skills and enhancing legal knowledge among participants.

The course included an introduction to the concept of the Civil Service Law and its importance in regulating the relationship between the employee and the department, in addition to shedding light on the most prominent legal texts governing job rights and duties. The course also focused on developing the administrative skills necessary to deal with legal procedures in the field of job work.
The course witnessed wide participation from teaching and administrative staff, with great interaction and fruitful discussions on the applications of the law in practical reality. This course comes within a series of training activities that aim to enhance administrative efficiency and raise the level of institutional performance
