The campaign also addressed the causes of obesity and preventive measures through regular exercise and a healthy diet.
The initiative highlighted that physical activity is not only a tool for weight loss but also a vital element for disease prevention and achieving a balance between nutrition and energy. Additionally, sports help improve physical fitness, tone muscles, and reduce sagging.
At the conclusion of the campaign, participants emphasized the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle, which includes regular physical activity and minimizing the consumption of fast food and sweets, to address the growing prevalence of obesity in society.
