The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued an official decree appointing Professor Dr. Habib Ali Taher Jawad as the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala. This decision was part of a broader appointment process involving deans for five colleges within the university, including the Colleges of Physical Education, Law, Medicine, Applied Medical Sciences, and Agriculture.
The official decrees were presented by the University President, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, during a formal ceremony. Dr. Sabah extended his gratitude to the outgoing deans for their dedicated efforts and wished Dr. Habib Ali Taher success in leading the college towards academic and scientific excellence.
The ceremony was attended by the Administrative Vice President, Dr. Jasim Idan Al-Maamuri, and the Scientific Vice President, Dr. Haider Mohammed Omran, along with other university officials.
