Under the patronage of the President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, and in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Khaled Muhammad, the Continuing Education Division organized a scientific symposium entitled “Leadership and Strategic Planning,” in the discussion hall.

The symposium aimed to highlight the importance of leadership and strategic planning functions in enhancing institutional performance, and the need for planning to be the basis for achieving desired goals at the individual and institutional levels.
The symposium also emphasized that leadership skills are a pivotal element in formulating strategic policies for institutions.Pointing out the need for leaders to have exceptional capabilities that enable them to face challenges and achieve sustainable development.
The symposium witnessed a distinguished interaction from the attendees, who stressed the importance of adopting strategic leadership concepts in different work environments, to enhance efficiency and achieve institutional success.
