The University of Karbala organizes an educational symposium on (Women leadership and their influence in building society

The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences – University of Karbala held an educational symposium entitled (Women in Leadership and their Impact on Building Society). The workshop was attended by two female teachers at the college, Shahad Kazem and Tabarak Abbas

The symposium aimed to introduce women leaders and how they influence society through their self-confidence and ambition, as this enables them to hold political and social positions, in addition to initiative, perseverance, and the latent desire to work, achieve, and be creative in their tasks. Influential personalities were mentioned, including the character (Mrs. Zainab, peace be upon her, as an example).

The symposium discussed that women are natural leaders because they cope with all the harsh life circumstances and stand out with their strength in all circumstances.
The symposium discussed the most important issues that enhance the role of women in leadership positions by encouraging open dialogue and initiatives aimed at enhancing competencies and capabilities and supporting policies that ensure a balance of roles.
