The College of Physical Education holds a training course on controls State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991

The Continuing Education Division at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Karbala, held a training course on the controls of the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991

The course was attended by Dr. Saeb Al-Moussawi

The course covered several axes, the first of which was the neutrality of the investigation committees, the conditions for their formation and procedures, the second axis was the original and subsidiary disciplinary sanctions, while the third axis addressed the most important principles governing disciplinary sanctions

The course objective is to define and explain the most important legal controls of the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991.

The course recommended that the investigation committees adhere to neutrality and objectivity and called on the Iraqi legislator to amend the law and separate moral penalties from financial penalties and the necessity for employees to take the necessary precautions while performing their duties to prevent falling into an error that requires punishment
