The Administrative Assistant of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, Dr. Abbas Abdul Hamza, participated in the meeting of the deans of the colleges of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq, which was hosted by Anbar University in the presence of a number of presidents of Iraqi universities.
The Administrative Assistant said in a statement to the Media and Relations Division that the meeting discussed ways to provide a model educational environment and raise the level of students in this vital field, indicating that the meeting came on the sidelines of the International Scientific Conference for Physical Education and Sports Sciences Which was held by Al-Anbar University in cooperation with the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the Universities of Samarra and Al-Maaref Al-Ahliyya University, noting that the meeting addressed a group of main topics, including the development of curricula, where ways to modernize the curricula were discussed in line with modern developments in sports sciences, and stressing the need to encourage joint research between Colleges and exchange experiences to support innovation in the field of sports.
