A doctoral thesis at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Karbala, discussed the effect of rondo weight chains on some biokinetic abilities, skills, and possession of advanced soccer players.
The thesis submitted by student Sadiq Abdel Amir Karim aimed to prepare weighted rondo chain exercises in different shapes and spaces for advanced football players and to identify the effect of weighted rondo chain exercises on some bio-motor, skill and possession abilities of advanced football players.
The thesis recommended the need to focus on the use of rondo strings by football coaches because they are exciting, competitive, and similar exercises to play, and they have a very important impact on developing the variables investigated, and emphasis is placed on the use of these exercises during different numbers periods.
