The Women’s Empowerment Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Karbala, organized a qualitative lecture entitled (Women’s Empowerment), with the participation of a number of faculty members and the presence of the Scientific Assistant, Dr. Khaled Al-Yasiri, and the Administrative Assistant, Dr. Abbas Abdel Hamza.
The college lecturer and head of the Women’s Empowerment Unit, Dr. Souad Saad, said in a statement to the Media Division that the symposium was attended by Dr. Linda Mahmoud Daoud and the teacher Ruqayya Hamza/University of Karbala.
She explained that the lecture aimed to empower women with the ability to make strategic decisions, which will give them the strength to enable them to control their lives, stay away from interventions that confuse their lives and their decisions, and change the relationships that bind men and women together so that women become more capable of controlling their academic and practical lives. She added that it is necessary to enable women to Managing her life by relying on herself without needing anyone else
