A doctoral thesis was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, entitled The effect of special exercises and carbohydrate loading on some biochemical variables, biokinetic abilities, and accuracy of performing basic skills for tennis players under 18 years of age, which was presented by the student Asaad Aliwi Jassim.
The thesis aimed to prepare special exercises and carbohydrate loading to develop some biochemical variables, biokinetic abilities, and basic skills for tennis players under the age of 18, and the effect of special exercises on developing some biochemical variables, biokinetic abilities, and basic skills for tennis players under the age of 18.
The thesis recommended the necessity of focusing on the use of special exercises and carbohydrate loading for competitions by tennis coaches, and paying attention to biochemical measurements as they are indicators of the adaptation of the functional systems of the body and their impact in revealing the training reality, especially (lactic acid after exertion, LDH, blood PH after exertion).
