Under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala and with follow-up by the Assistant Dean of Science and the Clinical Assistant at the College, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala conducted physical and skill tests for students (boys) applying for direct admission to the preliminary study in the college for the academic year (2023/). 2024)
Tests were conducted for the applicants in the college’s stadiums and halls, in addition to conducting arena and field tests and a medical examination on the youth field, in cooperation with the Department of Sports Talent in Karbala. The tests were conducted in a smooth, highly organized and unique manner. The number of applicants reached more than 400 applicants for all scientific, literary and professional branches, distributed according to admission channels.
The physical tests included running 60 m and 540 m, physical exercises, jumping from a stand, and abdominal and abdominal exercises
The Deanship of the College had previously provided all the necessary supplies for this purpose, with great support from the President of the University of Karbala, the respected Prof. Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel.
For its part, the Deanship of the College expressed its thanks for the efforts made by the faculty members of the committees, which contributed to conducting the tests on the specified date and to the fullest extent.
