The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed a master’s thesis entitled ((Professional development and its relationship to self-awareness and administrative creativity for teachers of physical education in the Education Directorate of Babil Governorate)).
The thesis submitted by the student, Sahira Hassan Hussein, included five chapters
The aim of the thesis was to prepare a measure of professional development for teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Education of Babylon.
Building the two scales of self-awareness and administrative creativity for physical education teachers in the Directorate of Education of Babylon, and identifying the level of professional development, self-awareness, and administrative creativity for teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Education of Babylon, as well as identifying the relationship between professional development, self-awareness, and administrative creativity for teachers of physical education in the Directorate of Education of Babylon …
The thesis recommended the need to adopt the standards that have been prepared and built for professional development, self-awareness, and administrative creativity, and apply them to other samples.
And the need for continuous development of the capabilities and skills of physical education teachers in professional growth, self-awareness, and administrative creativity, and the provision of training and development programs, capabilities, means, and the climate that helps in that, as well as conducting studies and research similar to the current study on physical education teachers.
