A PhD thesis at the Faculty of Physical Education discusses the effect of rebound force training with different floors on the most important biokinetic abilities and the accuracy of the skills of crushing hitting and blocking in volleyball for youth

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed a Ph.D. dissertation entitled The Effect of Rebound Strength Training on Different Grounds on the Most Important Biokinetic Capabilities and the Accuracy of the Skills of Smashing and Blocking in Volleyball for Youth
The thesis submitted by the student (Maytham Razzaq Abd Muslim) included five chapters
The aim of the thesis is to prepare exercises in the style of rebound force with different floors, and to identify the effect of the rebound exercises prepared by the researcher on the tartan floor, as well as to identify the effect of the rebound exercises prepared by the researcher on the grass floor.
The thesis recommended the need to direct trainers not to be limited to traditional exercises and the necessity of training according to new methods that serve the achievement of achievement and to direct contemporary studies with regard to strength-rebound training by choosing and using new methods that depend on experience and previous experiences in the sports side and the use of exercises prepared according to force-rebound in Training the rest of the volleyball skills because of its effective role in raising the level of performance of the skills, especially in the sandy ground.
