The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the doctoral dissertation of the student (Ali Mahdi Abbas), which was titled (Leadership skills in terms of performance competencies and job involvement among physical education teachers in the General Directorate of Education in Karbala Governorate).
The thesis aimed at: constructing study standards (leadership skills, performance competencies, and job involvement) for physical education teachers in the General Directorate of Education of Karbala Governorate, and identifying the relationship between leadership skills and performance competencies.
The thesis recommended the need to: Adopt the standards that were built on other samples, and work to provide a school environment that has the capabilities that contribute to the performance of physical education teachers for their job duties, which increases their job involvement.
