A doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Physical Education discusses the effect of strength training with increased nervous activation and plyometrics
The thesis presented by researcher Saber Hussain Mutlaq included five chapters
The study aimed to identify strength training with increased nervous stimulation and electrical stimulation and its effect on the special physical capabilities of the stages of running and completing the 100m for men.
The researcher used the experimental method, and he identified the research community of (12) runners who are the elite in Iraq, for each group (6) runners, as the study concluded that there is a positive effect of the increased nervous activation in the development of the special physical capabilities of the stages of running 100 m for men
The thesis recommended the need to focus on training with increased nervous activation in the development of special physical abilities for the stages of running and completing the 100m men.
The researcher recommends speed trainers to adopt the approach that he prepared
