The Faculty of Physical Education discusses: a PhD thesis on the effect of neuromuscular stimulation in multiple axes on the physical-mechanical capabilities, muscle memory, and the accuracy of the crushing skill of volleyball for applicants

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the doctoral dissertation of the student (Ali Bassem Muhammad Ali), which was titled (The effect of neuromuscular activation in multiple axes on physical-mechanical capabilities, muscle memory, and the accuracy of the skill of crushing hitting with volleyball for applicants).
The thesis aimed to prepare special training for neuromuscular stimulation in the multiple axes in the physical-mechanical abilities, muscle memory, and the accuracy of the skill of hitting the crushing volleyball for the applicants.
And to identify the effect of special exercises for neuromuscular activation in the multiple axes on physical-mechanical abilities.
, And to identify the effect of special exercises for neuromuscular activation in the multiple axes on muscle memory.
The thesis recommended the need to pay attention to training according to the axes and make it the focus of work on the difference of training, as it is considered a great stimulus for a segment of non-targeted muscles, and that training using neuromuscular stimulation according to the multiple axes can be invested in improving and developing kinematic variables according to the ideal performance angles for performance.
And the interest in using neuromuscular stimulation exercises according to the multiple axes to develop motor capabilities in addition to physical, because of this method of synchronization between strength and lengthening training.
