The Faculty of Physical Education discusses a PhD thesis entitled (The Impact of Compensatory Acceleration Training and Preparation for Metabolism on the Development of Anaerobic Capacity and Some Biokinetic Capabilities and Enduring Defensive and Offensive Follow-up Performance for Youth Basketball Under 18 Years)

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed a PhD thesis entitled (The Impact of Compensatory Acceleration Training and Preparation for Metabolism in the Development of Anaerobic Capacity and Some Biokinetic Capabilities and Enduring Defensive and Offensive Follow-up Performance for Youth in Basketball Under 18 Years) and in the discussion hall in the college, in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs And the administration and a number of the college’s affiliates, including professors, employees, postgraduate students, and the students’ families.
The objective of the thesis is to prepare compensatory acceleration exercises and prepare for metabolism in basketball for youth under 18 years of age, as well as to identify the impact of compensatory acceleration exercises and prepare for metabolism in the development of maximum anaerobic capacity and some biokinetic capabilities and endurance performance of defensive and offensive follow-up for youth in basketball under 18 years, and to identify On the preferential effect between compensatory acceleration training and metabolic preparation in the development of maximum anaerobic capacity, some biokinetic capabilities, and endurance of defensive and offensive follow-up performance for youth basketball under 18 years.
The thesis recommended, in the light of the researcher’s conclusions, the need to use modern training methods such as compensatory acceleration exercises and preparation for metabolism by coaches and in the basketball game in order to save effort and time and achieve the training goals, in addition to adopting acceleration exercises to develop maximum anaerobic capacity, and the possibility of conducting studies And other research using methods of compensatory acceleration and preparation for metabolism on different age groups and different skills and for both sexes in basketball.
