The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed Hussein Razzaq Hussein’s master’s thesis, which was titled (The Effect of Specialized Exercises on Some Biochemical Indicators, the Maximum Neurological Capacity of the Legs and Trunk Muscles, and the Technical Performance of the Snatch Hold of Romanian Wrestlers Under the Age of 20 Years).
The thesis aimed to prepare specialized ballistic exercises to influence some biochemical indicators, the maximum muscular capacity of the muscles of the legs and trunk, and the technical performance of the snatch hold for Romanian wrestlers under the age of 20 years, and to identify the effect of specialized ballistic exercises on some biochemical indicators for Romanian wrestlers under the age of 20 years, and to identify The effect of specialized ballistic exercises on the maximum muscular capacity of the muscles of the legs and trunk and the technical performance of the snatch hold for Romanian wrestlers under the age of 20 years.
The researcher reached through his conclusions by using specialized ballistic exercises in developing the snatch grab for youth and other age groups in wrestling, and when preparing exercises to develop the snatch grab or any other grab or a specific skill, it must be prepared so that it is similar to the technical performance of that skill, as well as the need to use auxiliary tools Such as a wrestling doll and medicine ball in training to get rid of boredom that may accompany exercise, and others.
