The head of the Department of Sports and Teaching Activities in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, a. M. Dr. Rafid Saad Al-Muhanna is a member of the scientific committee of the expanded sports conference for the advancement of the youth and sports sectors, which will be held under the auspices of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shayaa Al-Sudani, in the capital, Baghdad.
Al-Muhanna said in a statement to the Department of Information and Public Relations of the college that he was chosen in the scientific committee of the conference along with 12 university professors from various universities in Iraq.
He explained that the committee is headed by Dr. Ahmed Walid Abdel Rahman
He added that she will undertake the tasks of supervising the preparation of strategic plans for the advancement of the youth and sports sector in the country to improve it for the better
