A study at the Faculty of Physical Education discusses the effect of exercises according to the offensive tactical systems on the maximum aerobic capacity and some compound skills for futsal players

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed a master’s thesis entitled The Effect of Training According to the Offensive Tactic Systems on the Maximum Aerobic Capacity and Some Complex Skills for Futsal Players, in the presence of a large number of academics, intellectuals, postgraduate students and college employees, in the Graduate Hall of the college
The study presented by the student Ahmed Sabah Abdul Jassim included five chapters
The study aimed to prepare exercises according to the offensive tactical systems for the players to identify the effect of training according to the offensive tactical systems on the maximum anaerobic capacity and some compound skills of futsal players and to identify the preference of the differences between the experimental and control groups in the maximum anaerobic capacity and some of the combined skills of futsal players
The study recommended the necessity of emphasizing that the units in the training curricula contain exercises according to the offensive tactical systems as a basic component, especially in futsal and other fast-paced sports events, and the need to use modern tactical exercises to keep pace with development, achieve the desired benefit, and raise the level of player efficiency.
