A PhD thesis in the Faculty of Physical Education discusses: The effect of deep sense training on unstable surfaces on some sensory-motor and biokinetic abilities and biomechanical variables for the basic skills of youth handball

The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala witnessed the dissertation of the tagged PhD thesis, which was titled (The Effect of Deep Sense Perceptions Training on Unstable Surfaces on Some Sensual-Kinetic and Biokinetic Abilities and Biomechanical Variables of Basic Skills in Handball for Youth) by the student (Ali Hassan Alwan Al-Sabbagh) and on Hall Discussions in the college in the presence of a group of faculty members, including professors, employees, postgraduate students, and the students’ families.
The thesis aimed to identify the effect of deep sense training on unstable surfaces on some sensory-kinetic and biokinetic abilities and biomechanical variables for the basic skills of handball for young people, which has proven its efficiency and method of work by helping players to train as it is a valid means that serves the purpose through it, and contributed to its excitement The players complete the exercises with a high degree of accuracy and focus.
The thesis recommended the need to develop the work of trainers in the use of new training methods (unstable surfaces) to benefit more from them in the training process as well as the test, and the need to use modern techniques and devices during the special exercises for handball players, as they have a positive impact on the handball players’ training in skills Offensive and defensive to repel balls from different directions and heights, as well as the dependence of coaches on unstable surfaces in the process of training handball players and developing their bio-kinetic and mechanical capabilities, and conducting similar studies to know the effect of unstable surfaces in the process of training bio-kinetic abilities and skills in other sports events.
