A teacher at the College of Physical Education gives a qualitative lecture at the Football Association in the holy city of Karbala

Prof. Dr. Aziz Karim Wanas, a lecturer at the College of Physical Education, Sports Sciences and International Football Governance at the University of Karbala, gave a qualitative, developmental, arbitration lecture for the referees of the Football Association and the Referees Committee, with the assistance of the head of the Karbala Referees Committee, first-class referee Raed Habib. Which was held under the auspices of the Football Sub-Federation in Karbala Football Association and its Referees Committee on the births of the Football Law Law 12 Errors and misbehavior (touched the ball by hand) in order to develop the ball referees and the quality of their decision-making in matches.
Wannas said in a statement to the Department of Media and Relations at the College: I participated in a qualitative, developmental and educational lecture mixed with the new amendments 2022-2023 entitled (Law 12 Mistakes and Misbehavior Touching the Ball with Hand in Football), noting that before the lecture, Surat Al-Fatihah was recited as a mercy for the soul of the heroic martyr fighter Ahmed Meksid. Director of the Governors Department in the province, then I gave the lecture.
It is worth noting that a large number of members of the Referees Committee and Referees working in the governorate, and specialists in football arbitration, participated in the lecture.
He added that the lecture included a detailed explanation with means of clarification and presentation, in addition to videos explaining the errors and considerations from the arbitration guide in football law and disciplinary decisions, stopping a promising attack and attempting to score a goal, and the yellow and red card penalties.
