A doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Physical Education discusses the effect of training according to a target time and supplement (Animal Flex) in the stages of special running, kinetic steps, hurdles, and the achievement of running 110 m h under 20 years for 110 m runners

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed a doctoral dissertation entitled The Effect of Training According to a Targeted Time and Complementary (Animal Flex) in the Special Running Stages and Kinematics of the Steps of the Barriers and the Achievement of Running 110 M.H under 20 Years
The thesis presented by researcher Muhammad Faisal Hassan included four chapters
The thesis aimed to prepare exercises according to the target time and supplement (Animal Flex) for runners 110m hurdles under 20 years old and to identify the effect of training according to the target time and supplement (Animal Flex) according to the special running stages and kinematics of the steps of the hurdles and achievement
The thesis recommended adopting the exercises prepared by the researcher according to the target time in the runners program to develop the first, second, third, fourth and fifth special running stages, bio-mechanical variables and achievement for the 110m hurdles runners, as well as adopting the nutritional supplement (animal flex) in the runners programs to develop the first, second, third and fourth special running stages Fifth, biomechanical variables and bias for 110m runners
