The Student Activities Division organized the volleyball championship for the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, for male and female students and male and female teachers.
Twenty teams participated in the tournament, and the masters team qualified for the final match against the fourth stage team. The masters team won the tournament title with two games to one.
It is worth noting that the final match was attended by Professor Habib Ali Taher Al-Husseini, as well as the President of the Iraqi Central Volleyball Association, the President of the Karbala Clubs Council, and a number of faculty members in the college.
At the end of the match, the attendees and guests distributed medals and gifts to the first and second winning teams. Assistant Professor Dr. Rafid Al-Muhanna won the title of the best player in the tournament, and the student Taha Jalil won the title of the ideal player, and Professor Dr. Haider Salman Al-Sabihawi won The ideal referee.
The tournament was marked by the distinguished presence of the fans of the two teams from the various faculties of the university, as well as the fans of the college students encouraging their colleagues.
