Master’s thesis at the Faculty of Physical Education discusses the effect of competitive exercises on the enzyme (SOD) and some physical abilities and offensive tactical behavior of young football players

To the importance of training competitive exercises in increasing the enzyme SOD in the body
The study aimed to prepare competitive exercises in the effect of the enzyme (SOD) and some physical abilities and offensive tactical behavior of young football players
And to identify the best effect between the experimental and control group for the post-tests
The researcher used the experimental method for the experimental and control groups, where the research community was the players of Karbala clubs for the youth category for the season 2021/2022, and the sample of the research was the players of the Hindi club for the youth football category.
The study recommended the necessity of adopting competitive exercise training, which is important in increasing the concentration of Sod enzyme in the body and some physical abilities and development in the level of offensive tactical behavior.
