The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala witnessed the discussion of the doctoral thesis of the student (Tahrir Abdul-Hassan Marzouk) in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof.
The thesis aimed to build special standards for functional discipline, intellectual arousal and the ethics of the teaching profession among teachers of physical education from the point of view of school principals, and to identify the reality of functional discipline, intellectual arousal and ethics of the teaching profession among teachers of physical education from the point of view of school principals, and to identify the difference In functional discipline, intellectual arousal and ethics of the teaching profession according to gender and job service, and to identify the percentage of the contribution of job discipline in terms of intellectual arousal and the ethics of the teaching profession among teachers of physical education from the point of view of school principals, as well as setting a predictive equation for job discipline in terms of intellectual arousal and ethics of the teaching profession among teachers And teachers of physical education from the point of view of school principals.
The researcher recommended the necessity of adopting the standards prepared as scientific research tools in measuring job discipline, intellectual arousal and ethics of the teaching profession for teachers of physical education, and the need to develop the axes of intellectual arousal and the ethics of the teaching profession among teachers and teachers of physical education because of their contribution ratios to career discipline, as well as the necessity of Conducting studies that include psychological, social, mental and motor variables with the variable of functional discipline and others.
