The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala held a public discussion of the doctoral thesis submitted by the student Ali Falah Al-Safi and tagged with the effect of Sakyo (s.A.Q) exercises in the offensive pressure style in some aspects of attention, types of speed, cutting and scoring skills for advanced football players
The study aimed to prepare the Sakyo (s.A.Q) exercises in the offensive pressure style on some aspects of attention, types of speed, cutting and scoring skills for advanced football players, and to identify the effect of Sakiwa exercises in the offensive pressure style on some aspects of attention, speed, cutting and scoring skills for advanced football players, and to identify the preference for influence. Between Sakyo exercises and exercises prepared by the coach in some aspects of attention, types of speed, cutting skills and scoring for advanced football players
The study recommended the need to use modern methods and Sakyo exercises, due to their importance in discovering everything new, developing sports practice and moving away from traditional methods.
