The College of Physical Education and Sports Science at the University of Karbala witnessed the discussion of the doctoral thesis of the student (Suad Saad Khudair), in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof.
The thesis aimed to build measures of mutual leadership, job affiliation, and serious creativity among members of sports federations from the point of view of basketball coaches in Iraq, and to identify the relationship between mutual leadership, job affiliation and serious creativity among members of sports federations from the point of view of basketball coaches in Iraq. As well as predicting the level of mutual leadership in terms of job affiliation and serious creativity among members of sports sub-federations from the point of view of basketball coaches in Iraq.
The study hypothesized that there is a significant relationship between mutual leadership, job affiliation, and serious creativity among members of sports sub-federations from the point of view of basketball coaches in Iraq.
The researcher recommended the need and recommended to adopt the measure of mutual leadership, job affiliation and serious creativity among members of the sports sub-federations of basketball from the point of view of the members of the sports sub-federations, and emphasizing the evaluation of mutual leadership, job affiliation and serious creativity on a daily and continuous basis to identify the strengths and weaknesses in this performance, as well. The necessity of applying the basic principles of reciprocal leadership, career affiliation, and serious creativity for members of the basketball sports sub-federations, as they are supervisory and administrative procedures that ensure the advancement of the administrative and sports reality. For institutions and sports federations concerned with research and others.
