Under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Habib Ali Taher, the Committee for Receiving and Checking the Files of Applicants for Postgraduate Studies (Master’s and Ph.D.) has begun its work to receive and check the application files for the study, and will conclude its work on the third of next April.
Assistant Professor Dr. Khaled Muhammad Reda, the assistant dean for scientific affairs and head of the formed committee, said in a statement given to the college’s media: The committee has started its work since its formation by checking the files of applicants for postgraduate studies and the documents they contain, comparing them with the electronic form form, ensuring their conformity, and following up the applicants’ files by verifying From the (no objection) condition for applicants from employees in state departments, he added that work continues at one pace from early morning until the end of official working hours, and concluded his speech with his sincere wishes for success and success for all applicants.
For his part, Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Abdel Hamza Kazem, Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs and member of the formed committee, confirmed: The committee, since its formation and since the first day, its tasks are to receive the file of each applicant and check it, then the electronic audit is done, and in the event of a shortage or error, an email is sent to the student to review and amend the forms and fetching file minuses.
