Noting that the lecture reviewed the educational experience and the mechanism of rapid advancement in Malaysia and its comparison with the educational system in Iraq, in addition to reviewing the Japanese experience in education.
He pointed out that the dialogue session came out with several recommendations, most notably the establishment of a higher education council to redraw educational policies in the country and the adoption of modern models for writing curricula in agreement with UNESCO that would be long-term and applied by the Ministries of Higher Education and Education
At the end of the session, shields and certificates of appreciation were distributed to the lecturers.
