As for the research problem, through the researcher’s observation and field experience working for many years that most of the technical supervisors suffer from low level of performance, lack of harmony and absence of cooperative spirit among other supervisors, and this may result from weak organizational commitment of the institution, which creates a state of mistrust, commitment and discipline among supervisors. The researcher sought to delve into this problem by revealing what are the aspects of job creativity among the technical supervisors in the sports and school activities department, as well as the job commitment within the institution because of its relationship to the effectiveness of the institution and the degree of work completion in it.
