The lecturer at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Samer Abdel-Hadi, participated in the second international conference of Al-Ameed University for Medical Sciences, which was held under the slogan “We rise to achieve a healthy and safe environment.” It aimed to explore the latest developments in the field of health care services and education and to encourage the role of applied scientific research. Presenting modern scientific products and contributing to the exchange of local and international experiences, indicating that the conference came out with important recommendations, most notably the adoption of a well-studied scientific plan to support scientific research and nanotechnology and direct it towards community service, especially With regard to solving the health and environmental problems specific to our beloved country, and in coordination between the relevant ministries and research centers.
And approaching the government agencies concerned with supporting the specialized centers for heart diseases and surgery, for the sustainability and development of the distinguished services provided by these centers, which are no less than their counterparts in developed countries, as well as asking the concerned authorities to open specialized research centers in the field of heart diseases.
And interest in spreading health awareness and urging the need to take vaccines for the Corona virus, through the media, seminars and others, and to provide laboratory materials and training necessary to conduct the necessary genetic tests, to identify the strains and mutations of this epidemic in our society.
