A study in the College of Physical Education discusses the effect of special exercises using an auxiliary device in learning the skills of the Great Cycle (back-front) on the pull-up device in the technical gymnastics for players aged (9-11) years

The study aimed
To design an assistive device in learning the skills of the great cycle (back-front) on the pull-up device in technical gymnastics and preparing special exercises with the use of assistive devices in learning the skills of the great cycle (back-front) on the pull-up device in technical gymnastics
The study recommended the necessity of adopting the exercises prepared according to the designed educational system and other devices that assist in learning the two skills of the great cycle (back – front) on the pull-up device in the artistic gymnastics and the use of the device designed in sports centers and clubs in teaching age groups
