Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, the Student Activities Division of the college organized an art exhibition showcasing the drawings of students. The exhibition featured a wide range of artistic works and was attended by several faculty members and students. It took place in the college’s gardens.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the Administrative Assistant Dean, Dr. Abbas Abdul Hamza.
The exhibition included a stunning collection of 37 pieces, showcasing various forms of artwork such as portraiture and oil paintings. These pieces highlighted the cultural, artistic, and intellectual development of the students, reflecting their creative potential.
The goal of the exhibition was to highlight and encourage artistic talents, boost students’ self-confidence through the displayed works, and foster a spirit of healthy competition among students. It also aimed to introduce the audience to different artistic trends and fields of creativity and innovation, helping to discover artistic talents in various domains for nurturing and development. The exhibition further aimed to encourage the most outstanding students to continue excelling in their artistic pursuits.
Notably, the exhibition featured more than 37 artistic works from nine students.
