Under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, and as part of the Iraqi-Iranian Science Week activities, the University of Karbala organized an Innovation and Scientific Products Exhibition hosted by the College of Pure Sciences, with participation from various university colleges.
The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences made a distinguished presence, reflecting the scientific and innovative level of its faculty members and students.
In a statement to the Media and Relations Department, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Habib Ali Taher Al-Husseini, said: “The college was keen to present the best of its scientific innovations and student patents, reflecting the creative energies that we continuously strive to support and develop.”
The College’s booth showcased a variety of scientific projects that represented the students’ achievements and innovative work in various fields, which received widespread praise from visitors and academics interested in scientific and academic matters.
He further mentioned that participation in this exhibition is part of the College’s strategy to support scientific research and nurture talents, adding that the displayed innovations represent added value, reflecting the creative visions of young people and their aspirations for a better future.
For his part, the Administrative Assistant, Dr. Abbas Abdul Hamza, emphasized that through its participation, the college proved it is not only an academic institution but also a hub for creativity and innovation. He called for enhanced collaboration among educational institutions to embrace and support young talents, leading to further achievements at both the local and international levels.
