Professor Dr. Rabeh Al-Ramahi, Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Ahl al-Bayt University (A.S.), extended her congratulations and best wishes to Professor Dr. Habib Ali Taher on his appointment as Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala.
