On December 26, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences organized a scientific seminar titled “Preparing for the Job Market After Graduation,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Ali Hakam Abdul Wahid.
The seminar focused on motivating students to adequately prepare for the post-graduation phase by developing the professional and personal skills required in the job market, as well as learning how to search for job opportunities that align with their academic specialties.
The seminar covered several key topics, including the importance of writing a professional resume, preparing for job interviews, confronting challenges in the job market, and utilizing individual skills and talents to achieve professional goals.
The seminar also emphasized that preparation for the job market is not only about professional skills, but also about building a strong personal support system and balanced future goal planning.
The seminar concluded with recommendations on how to adapt to professional changes and develop oneself, stressing the importance of utilizing university resources and available opportunities for students.
