The administrative board of Al-Duluiyah Sports Club, represented by Captain Basman Khudair Hussein Al-Jubouri and its members, extended their warmest congratulations to Dr. Habib Ali Al-Lawandi, President of the Central Volleyball Federation, on his appointment as Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Karbala.
