To be organized by Center of Studies and Research , College of Imam Al-Kadhim, University of Islamic Sciences – Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Khaled Al-Ardawi, College of Law , University of Kerbala, participates in the first scientific forum organized on the role of study centers in serving society – reality and mechanisms of activation and influence.
Dr. Al-Ardawi presents his paper which is entitled “Why are Iraqi research centers unable to play their role in building the state and society”, in addition to an open discussion on the topic.
The forum aims at shedding light on the importance of research and study centers in providing services to society and decision-makers, and obstacles and challenges that hinder their work in Iraq, whether inside or outside Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
