The thesis submitted by the student Osama Khairy Muhammad Ali aimed to prepare training in the (HIIT) and (S.A.Q) methods for young football players under 19 years of age and to identify the effect of training in the (HIIT) and (S.A.Q) methods on some indicators of oxygen consumption and the biomotor and skill capabilities of the players. The thesis recommended using the exercises prepared by the researcher according to the training units in the thesis, in the two styles (HIIT) and (S.A.Q) for youth football, especially in the special preparation stage, because of their importance in preparing the player in order to participate in tournaments.
