Dr. Rafid Al-Muhanna is a member of the master’s thesis discussion committee at the University of Babylon

The head of the Team Games Branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Karbala, Dr. Rafid Saad Al-Muhanna, was chosen as a member of the committee to discuss a master’s thesis at the University of Babylon. Al-Muhanna said in a statement to the Department of Media and Relations that he was chosen as a member of the committee to discuss a master’s thesis at the College of Physical Education, University of Babylon, tagged (The effect of strength training by stretching and decentralization in some Biomechanical variables and accuracy index for the skill of crushing volleyball for youth) by researcher Ali Jassim Muhammad and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Anis Hussein Ali
He explained that the study aims to prepare strength training exercises using eccentric stretching to influence some biomechanical variables and the accuracy index for the skill of crushing volleyball for young people. And to identify the effect of strength training using eccentric stretching on some biomechanical variables of the skill of striking volleyball for young people. And to identify the effect of eccentric stretching strength training on the accuracy index of the volleyball smashing skill for young people. Indicating that the study recommended the necessity of using strength training through eccentric stretching that works to develop the biomechanical variables (kinematics and kinetics) of youth volleyball players.
The Deanship of the College presented a letter of thanks and appreciation to Dr. Rafid Al-Muhanna in appreciation of his distinguished scientific efforts.
