Under the sponsorship of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, the Theoretical Sciences Branch held the first annual meeting for the 2023/2024 academic year for teachers of theoretical subjects, in the college’s discussion hall. To discuss the branch’s planned plan to implement the scientific aspects of the academic curricula, student affairs, and scientific workshops for the branch’s professors.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Hussein Manati Sajet, Head of the Branch, and in the presence of Dr. Abbas Abdel Hamza, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Khaled Muhammad Reda, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Jaber, Branch Rapporteur, and Branch professors.
The meeting began by reading Surah Al-Fatihah for the souls of the martyrs of Iraq, and welcoming the attendees.
Dr. Hussein Manati Sajt, Head of the Theoretical Sciences Branch, said: During the meeting, many matters related to the activities of the teaching staff, the mechanism of morning and evening teaching, and the necessity of the teaching staff and the student wearing uniforms according to the instructions of the esteemed University Council, were discussed. He added that the meeting also dealt with the talk about the fourth stage students and application. Which will be in the second course, so the professors were instructed to intensify efforts in the theoretical subjects in the first course.
At the end of the meeting, thanks were given by the head of the branch to all the professors present and for their scientific efforts, for what they provide to the branch and to our dear society in service of the scientific process in our dear Iraq.
