A master’s thesis in the College of Physical Education discusses the effect of comprehensive timing exercises on aerobic capacity, lactate threshold, speed endurance, and sprint achievement of 800 meters under 20 years

The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Karbala, discussed a master’s thesis entitled The Effect of Comprehensive Timing Training on Aerobic Capacity, Lactate Threshold, Speed Endurance, and the Achievement of the 800 Runners Under 20 Years
The thesis submitted by student Taif Ali Hussain included four chapters
The thesis aimed to prepare comprehensive timing exercises for 800m runners under 20 years old. To identify the effect of comprehensive timing exercises on aerobic capacity, lactic threshold, speed endurance, and the achievement of 800 meters, and to identify the preference of the experimental and control groups in the studied research variables.
The thesis recommended that middle-distance coaches, especially 800-meter coaches, should pay attention to developing aerobic capacity, lactate threshold, and speed endurance.
And the use of comprehensive timing exercises with other groups and at a certain rate in order to develop capacity, lactate threshold and speed endurance 800m
And conducting other studies that include other variables that the current research did not address, as well as emphasizing the interest and studying the variables by the trainers
