A master’s thesis at the Faculty of Physical Education discusses the effect of aerobic exercises on some biokinetic abilities and learning balance beam skills in artistic gymnastics for female students

The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Karbala, discussed a master’s thesis entitled The Impact of Aerobic Exercises on Some Biokinetic Capabilities and Learning Balance Beam Skills in Artistic Gymnastics for Female Students
It included the study submitted by the student

The study aimed to prepare aerobic exercises according to the biokinematic variables of the balance beam in artistic gymnastics.
And to identify the effect of aerobic exercises according to the biokinematic variables in some biokinetic abilities and learn the skills of the balance beam in artistic gymnastics.
Where the researcher concluded
The exercises prepared by her contributed to learning the skills used in the research (spinning from standing – scissor – jumping open – star) on the balance beam for third-stage students.
The study recommended the necessity of employing the exercises prepared by the researcher according to the biokinetic variables to improve the basic skills of the sample of the research and paying attention to the skills of the balance beam as it is one of the most difficult skills for the students, as well as paying attention to applying the exercises in learning the biokinetic capabilities of the gymnastic skills.
