The Faculty of Physical Education discusses: a PhD thesis entitled (The Effect of Lactic Capacity and Lactate Resistance Exercises on the Development of Speed Reserve, Some Vital Regulators, Lactate Concentration Threshold, and Advanced 800 Meter Completion)

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the doctoral dissertation of the student (Hussein Allawi Abd), which was tagged and titled (
The effect of lactic capacity and lactate resistance exercises on developing the speed reserve, some vital regulators, the lactate concentration threshold, and the achievement of the 800 meters ahead.
The thesis aimed to prepare lactic capacity and lactate resistance exercises, and to identify the preference effect of the three research groups on the studied research variables.
The researcher recommended the need to adopt the exercises used in the study within the components of training programs for specialists in the effectiveness of 800m running, for their contribution to the development of physiological and physical variables, and the need to rely on the relationship between the components of external and internal work when developing the components of the training load (intensity, volume, intensity, rest).
It is worth noting that the discussion committee consisted of:
