The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University discussed a doctoral dissertation entitled The effect of training with different repetitions accompanied by antioxidants on the enzymes GPX, SOD, and some biokinetic abilities, performance tolerance, and small areas of influence for young soccer players
The thesis presented by researcher Khaled Habib Khwaiber included five chapters
The aim of the thesis was to identify the effect of training volumes with different repetitions on the development of glutathione and SOD enzymes, some biokinetic capabilities, performance tolerance, and influential small spaces for young soccer players, where the researcher used the experimental approach. clubs
The thesis recommended the need to pay attention to exercises of different sizes and repetitions by soccer coaches because of their importance in developing biomotor capabilities and oxidative enzymes among players.
